Mr. Noi has collaborated in various designs and supervised a wide variety of multi- disciplinary projects ranging from Educational, commercial, health and
housing units, markets, shopping malls, luxury residential, multi-storey car parks, factories transport terminals structures, transit facilities in Ghana and neighbor west Africa.
He is conversant with Construction planning and management, material and
resource procurement and management, Project personnel administration
and supervision in addition to traditional architectural services such as design, production of construction drawings, specification writing, and Contract Supervision.
He has also had over 15years of active work experience with various
computer aided design and project management Software. These include
AutoCAD ,Revit , ArchiCAD and Architectural Desktop, Adobe Photoshop

Currently, I lead consortiums on Project Development from inception
through to appraisal and financial closure, Project Management from
execution plans to deployment of project strategies, Construction
Management from site management, control and monitoring to
construction analysis.
Contract Management from tender through negotiations and contract
signing, Quantity Surveying and Cost Management from base cost
analysis, budgeting and variance analyses and also through risk
management for the construction of a pool of projects.
I possess skills in developing projects, procurement and contract
management strategies and their implementation with knowledge in
ISO10845 standards, FIDIC family of contracts and appreciate NEC3. I
have also played the Consulting Quantity Surveyor role on USAIDTIPCEE projects in three zones comprising the ten regions of Ghana and been a retainer for UNOPS for the past three years. I have computer literacy skills in MS Project, AutoCAD, CCS (Quantity Surveying Software), MS Power Point and MS Excel
